SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is GLS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 business days for standard shipping.

We do not ship outside the 32 counties of Ireland at this time due to restrictions on our franchise, but we are working to expand our footprint.

FREE delivery on orders over €30 within the Island of Ireland and €5 for orders under €30

FREE delivery on order over €50 to the UK mainland and €10 for orders under €50

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact an itStyle Ireland Customer Representative at 061 517517 or email shop@itstyle.ie. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

REPORT ORDER PROBLEM

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact a ItStyle Ireland’s Customer Representative at 061 517517 or email shop@itstyle.ie. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the hygienic nature of the products sold by itStyle, returns are at the discretion of the Store Manager. This does not affect your Consumer Rights.

Should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, please contact the Store Manager.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you have your sales receipt and/or invoice at hand when discussing with our Customer Service or Store Manager.

If you buy ItStyle Ireland’s products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you any returns or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to restrictions on our franchise licence, we only ship to addresses within Ireland & the UK.

We regret that we cannot ship outside Ireland and the UK, at this time.
